Please call the office Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm to schedule a viewing or sign the keys out with your ID.  There is an application at our office or on our website should you want to rent the home once viewed.  The application fee is $25 per person over the age of 18 (money order only).  Your approval and security deposit will depend on your verifiable income (3x the amount of the monthly rent required), credit, rental and job history.  We require three years of rental history verifiable through a management company or apartment complex.  Family or friends do not constitute as verifiable rental history, however, home ownership does.  We also run national criminal background checks.  
FYI:  We do not accept Government Assistance or Military Set Aside Program.
PETS:  If pets are allowed by the owner then the pet fee may vary and is non-refundable.  Vet records and pet photo required.  No vicious animal breeds such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman Pincher's, Rottweiler’s, etc. due to owners insurance not covering these breeds.
