PETS: If pets are accepted on the property that you are interested in then a non refundable pet fee may vary in amount. Vet records and a photo are required. No vicious animal breeds such as Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Doberman, Rottweiler’s, Pinschers, etc. due to owners insurance not covering these breeds.
