PLEASE SUBMIT AN APPLICATION ANYWAY BECAUSE I WILL NOT COMPLETELY RUN CREDIT OR BACKGROUND UNTIL YOU VIEW A HOME. I WILL NOT ASK FOR APPLICATION FEES UNTIL YOU LOVE THE HOME YOU’VE VIEWED. Click on the “For Sale & Rent” link to view an availabilities list with addresses. There is an application at our office as well should you want to rent the home once viewed. The application fee is $25 per person over the age of 18 (money order only). Your approval and security deposit will depend on your verifiable income (3X the amount of the monthly rent required after credit report bills are accounted for), credit score, and rental/employment history (at least three years of good rental history employment with the same employer or same field). Family or friends do not constitute verifiable rental history; however, current/previous homeownership and references from professional property management companies/apartment complexes, etc. do. We also run national criminal background checks.
PETS: If pets are accepted on the property that you are interested in, then a nonrefundable pet fee may vary in amount. Vet records and a photo are required. No vicious animal breeds due to owners’ insurance not covering these breeds. The weight and allowance of pets depend on the homeowner.
