We wanted to write and thank you profusely! for taking the time to help us out today. Since we dropped in unannounced you could have easily had someone call us back...but you didn't. You greatly impressed us with your interest in understanding what we were looking for, and your thoroughness in finding just the right properties for our review. We felt very fortunate to find you-you're a delight to work with (i should stop here and say we are not easily impressed and have a decades long history of dealing with realtors and properties!).
We did go to all the yellow highlighted areas on the map (thank you!!!) and feel we are now familiar with the D"Iberville area. We didn't find any areas that floated our boat...at least at this point. We'll continue to browse and if we have questions or need info about the areas, will contact you, as we'd like to work with you.
We stayed in Panama City Beach in 2009 and 2010 and think we might head back that way and see whats cooking there, as well as Ft Walton Beach area.
I should also say that when we do sell this house, we may well need a rental for the winter following and if we do, we will contact you for that purpose as well.
